Recombinant Human NRG1Beta (245AA)
Recombinant Human NRG1Beta (245AA), also known as recombinant human Neuregulin-1β, is a multifunctional signaling glycoprotein of the epidermal growth factor (EGF) family. Produced in an E. coli expression system in a tag-free form, it corresponds to the Ser2–Lys246 amino acid sequence of human NRG1β protein, totaling 245 amino acids. NRG1β specifically binds to ErbB3 and ErbB4 tyrosine kinase receptors, recruits the ErbB2 co-receptor to form heterodimers, and activates multiple downstream signaling pathways including PI3K/Akt and MAPK, playing a key regulatory role in cell proliferation, differentiation, survival and tissue development. This protein is a core cytokine in the culture systems of various organoids such as mammary, hepatic and neural organoids. It can effectively promote epithelial cell proliferation and organoid budding growth, and is also widely used in research fields such as tumor biology, neural development and myocardial protection. Manufactured under strict quality control and functional validation, this product features high purity, high specific activity and low endotoxin.
