Recombinant Human Wnt3a V
Recombinant Human Wnt3a V3 is an engineered Wnt surrogate protein produced in a mammalian cell expression system. By mimicking the function of endogenous Wnt ligands, it specifically binds to the Frizzled (FZD) receptor family and LRP5/6 co-receptors, and potently activates the canonical Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway. It serves as a core cytokine in organoid culture, stem cell maintenance and differentiation research. Compared with native Wnt3a protein, Wnt3a V3 features superior expression stability, batch-to-batch consistency and bioactivity. It exerts biological functions without lipid modification, addressing industry-wide pain points such as difficult preparation and unstable activity of native Wnt proteins. This product is widely used in the establishment and long-term culture of various organoid models, including intestinal, gastric, hepatic and mammary organoids.
