Recombinant Human RSPO1 (C-6His)
Recombinant Human RSPO1 (C-6His) is a secreted glycoprotein of the R-spondin family, produced in a mammalian cell expression system with a C-terminal 6×His tag, corresponding to the Ser21–Ala263 amino acid sequence of human RSPO1. By specifically binding to LGR4/5/6 receptors, RSPO1 inhibits ZNRF3-mediated endocytosis and degradation of Wnt receptors, and synergistically amplifies the canonical Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway. It is a core cytokine for long-term organoid culture and maintenance of adult stem cell self-renewal, and can significantly improve the establishment efficiency and expansion capacity of epithelial organoids such as intestinal, gastric and hepatic organoids. Functionally validated in multiple systems, this product features high bioactivity, high purity and strong batch stability, meeting various research and industrial application needs including organoid culture, stem cell research and signaling pathway mechanism studies.
